    Bed question-Alterra 1232 4-Motor Hi-Low Bed

I'm looking for a new hospital bed for my home. Has anyone ever tried this brand... or has anyone heard anything about it? I only weigh about 130 pounds.
    thanks

You may want to compare it to this bed frame. We order these a lot for our clients. Its highest position is a little more than the Medline one, which can make it better ergonomically for caregivers. The lowest position is similar. The XT also comes with a battery option for use in a power outage:

If you want a full-size bed which is really nice I would highly recommend a transfermaster with a span America pressure guard CFT mattress, provided you have good skin integrity and do not need alternating pressure mattresses. However if you do span America offers those too in the full-size.

    thank you again,
I was also looking at Hill ROM home care beds, so at least now I have 4 brands to choose from.
