Nayr best thing to do is call them. They are really easy to get in contact with. I had issues with the new program update they did and was able to get it fixed and talk to the OT about my exercise program. I have six different programs on my bike. Each one does something different from different muscles to different exercise goals.

The RPM's are about as fast as you can go. How is your resistance? what is your % stim when riding? 100%?
