    My neurosurgeon has suggested that I have the implant. The referrals are going to the doctors here that do them, and at this time I should have information in a week. This is on Maui! If they preform them here they would be doing them in every state I would think

    Gary, just to clarify… Would the procedure be identical to the one performed by Dr. Harkema from Louisville?

    After reading many researched articles I decided to hold off for now. I'd have to travel to Seattle to have it done and I'm not that sure about the results and the problems associated with it.

    Maybe a year down the road after know more about this. I see the neurosurgeon in two weeks for more information.
