Sounds like some people have a lot of fun and get a good workout riding hand driven cycles and similar adapted bikes / trikes. My son has a C5 incomplete injury and we're always looking for new things for him to try. He has enough function in his hands and arms to use a tabletop arm cycle without having to strap his hands to the handles, and he has a bit of function in his legs too (more on the left side than the right) -- enough to walk in a walker with assistance. Can anyone recommend a bike / trike for him? Who makes them? Do people have them custom built? I think the ideal set-up for him would be something that he could power with either/both arms and legs. Thanks in advance.
