    Bioness

Has anyone had any good functional returns in their hands and wrists using the bioness H 300?

The Bioness H200 (not aware of a 300 model) does not cause return. It is a neuroprosthesis that uses FES to perform functional activities using paralyzed muscles. The device has to be used to get this function. Once you remove it, the muscles are just as paralyzed as they were before. We have used it for a number of clients instead of a non-FES functional tenodesis splint, for example.
