    Need to exercise my buttox

    Yup. I need to exercise my butt. I've had a pressure sore on the left of my butt since my injury...except for a year when I was walking. I was walking backwards in parallel bars which increased the muscle mass. Are there exercises I can do from my chair that do the same job?

    You need to do an exercise which moves your hip into extension. Lay on your stomach or your side and move your leg backwards at the hip. You can add some resistance by using a Theraband around you ankle that you tie to an object or loop around the opposite ankle (keeping that one stationary). Why can't you walk in the parallel bars now? If you have a buttocks (ischial) pressure ulcer, you should not be sitting at all.
