    Legitimate items or bogus solutions?

Lately, I?ve been seeing ads that claim to improve posture as well as compression shirts that hold in a man?s belly. They made me wonder if both would make me sit more erect in chair as well as help with tucking in parabelly a bit.

    Your opinions?

Compression shirt, no. The other thing seems to simply pull one's shoulders back.
I think a good binder would work better than either.
    T3 complete since Sept 2015.

Got it! A lot of those ads seem to be too good to be true; it's why I asked. Thanks for the reply.
