Sorry that this was perhaps ambiguous. I suppose both really.

I would not be surprised if there was an element of "success" to this effort, and it illustrates the value of collaborative effort, not just between organisations, but between disciplines.

All the traditional great plagues, cholera, leprosy, small pox etc responded to methodologies that were essentially medical/biochemical. Now that we have all been granted a longer stay on the planet, we are encountering conditions, especially neurological, that may require more outside the box techniques.
