Fighting for the Cure Inaugural Fundraiser is a Success
Attendees Ask for, "Again Next Year"

The marquee in Times Square proudly proclaimed "Team Fight to Walk." Inside laughter and excitement filled the room at the Inaugural Fighting for the Cure event. Comedian Artie Lange got everyone in a good mood and David Diamonte used his 'golden voice' and delightful spirit to make the evening a wonderful experience. The event culminated as the theme from 'Rocky' brought The Five Fighters on stage. Boyd Melson, Major Max Brewer, Eric LeGrand, Dr. Wise Young, and Christan Zaccagnino shared their stories, their commitment to find a cure and bring clinical trials to the United States, and their appreciation to all who attended.

As people left, words like 'impressive', 'fun', 'terrific evening' filled the air. Results are being tallied, but the clear consensus was, "Lets do this again next year!"
