Hey guys,

I have a standing frame which I try to use every day for at least 1 hour + . Since a few weeks there are a lot of spasms which kick in after 5-10 min standing in this thing. Spasms in my butt , quadriceps and in my apps. Its like a lightning going through those areas in my body. When I then concetrate to contract those areas voluntarily , the spasms come more often. But I cant keep up a steady contraction. The contraction stays 3-5 sec. and then its gone nomatter how hard I try.

After the standing sessions I have a feeling like Im exhausted in my legs (like when I went walking for hours before my accident). Im a ASIA A T6 1,5 years post.
