    there are so many RTD out there you have to try more than one and find out what you like the taste of..if you don't like the taste you wont drink them

    gotta watch rtd's many are loaded with sugar and or sugar alcohol. the latter gives the shits.

    yes you do but I know I can eat/drink something that my buddy cant and I can with no problems its like food intake and workout routines everyone is different

    but of course stay away from high sugar anything

    except for that cheat meal (:

    Wow, you burn that much per marathon? According to my Garmin 510, I only burned 647 calories on my last marathon. On a 40-mile training ride, I only burn around 950.
