I will be leaving the state for 2 and a half months and will not be taking my standing frame with me. Are there things I can do that will give me comparable benefits? Also, I notice people on this site talking about doing range of motion exercises. I have not done any in the 5 1/2 years since my injury. Am I doing myself a huge disservice? Is there a good site that goes over range of motion exercises so I can begin a routine?
