    Keeping shirts tucked in

I am a C5 quad and have trouble keeping the back of my shirt tucked into my pants while in my chair. Every time I lean forward either to reach for something or to do a weight shift it seems like my shirt comes up and bunches in the back and then I have skin exposed.

Not sure if this is the right form to post the question in, so if it is not please bear with me.

You could try long/tall shirts, but it probably would not help much. I have the same problem, but made worse each time I transfer in or out of my chair - my pants move south a bit with each transfer. I have started wearing suspenders on any day that I have to get out of the van more than once (4 transfers by the time I get home).
