A company called "Invester" will be the new owner of Permobil according to a March 27th announcement on their web site:

"Permobil will have new owners. The Swedish company Investor is to acquire Permobil from the present owners, Nordic Capital.

Investor is one of the most prominent industrial owners in Sweden and Permobil will be part of their core holding portfolio. Investor will be able to support long term plans to grow internationally and to build a strong market leading position. Investor owns large parts of international companies such as Ericsson, Electrolux and Atlas Copco. In the health care sector they own Mölnlycke Health Care and health care provider Aleris.

Since 2006 Permobils current owner Nordic Capital has supported Permobil's transition from a family business to a global market leader while maintaining our culture focusing on users and innovation. Their continuous support for investments in e.g. R&D, supply chain, organisation and for our plans has been invaluable for this transition."
