    Studied computer science/engineering??

Does anybody know any quadriplegics who majored in computer engineering or anything computer related?

We have a number of computer professionals here on our forums. I took the liberty of changing the title of your post as it is unlikely to garner the responses you seek.

I'm a C-4 quad with no finger movement and I just want to know if it's possible to major in computer engineering?

    Younge,

Regarding "... C-4 quad ... possible to major in computer engineering ..." - yes, it absolutely is possible.

My C4/5 quad husband is a computer programmer, and he has no arm/finger movement at all. He can shrug his shoulders and turn his head, that's all. He uses a mouthstick to type. It certainly can be done!

Can he work from home and how long did he take to finish the degree if you don't mind me asking?

He is retired now, but he worked in an office for most of the time, occasionally working from home but his workplace frowned on that so he only worked from home if he was too ill to go to the office (or if he had a bowel or bladder incident at work mid-day and then would go home to clean up and finish the day from home). He did BA first and then took a one year course in programming that was specifically geared towards people with disabilities.
