intermittent catheter for quad like patient

If all goes well in about a month i am going to have a cathable stoma put in my belly button. i am looking for any types of catheters that have a grip or something due to limited hand function my dr says she heard they exist. if anyone knows about anything id be grateful for some info.

    belly button stoma

My son uses straight 14 fr caths with a Cath extension and uses his palms and the space between his fingers and a Cath extender. At night he uses a closed system with a tool that claps down on the Cath for easier insertion.
He is injured at C5/C6 so limited hand function.....
