DA, don't you think it is up to the SCI Community to make a cure happen?

DA, as I have said before. SCI science will now slow to a crawl unfortunately. As it was before CR took up the cause. We have lost our "face" and now we will be forgotten once again.

yes jim, its mostly up to us. we need to get aggressive, stop taking "no" for an answer, and vocally demand treatment. our passive approach is delaying a cure.

chasb, its not the science that is the hold up, its money and red tape. the data says regeneration, myelination, and neuron replacment can be done. we are allowing clinicians to take their time on their schedule instead of demanding action now.

I don't understand why you blame clinicians and researchers

chasb, we will only be forgotten if we allow ourselves to be.

Yeah those powerful bloody liberals have really screwed us over in the last 4.5 years. ESC, holding up CRs bill and an attempt at a global ban on SCNT. Damn that Michael Moore crowd!

To quote Jon Stewart - "WHAAAA??"

That made me laugh DA, but then I realized you were serious...how much has Dubya done for us lately?
