my 15 yo son was approved for dr.k's treatment. he is a c-5 sci after a diving accident last aug. he has a possible syrinx/fluid at c3-c5. he had a sublaxation injury. had compression injury . he told us my son will need an laminectomy and since to access the cord an laminecetomy will proabably have to be done to all.We can expect to go in late august as per Dr. K.. We are waiting for dr.k's announcement before we decide to go.

Are there set conditions which Dr. K feels
would benefit most through his procedure?

First I know 2 people who have had also contact with him in the past 2 weeks and he didn't told them this wonderfull news(admitted they haven't asked specifically about how many patients he had treated and what the results exactly were but if you have achieved this results I would scream it out).
And Cementhead didn't he tell you last month that "they had only done this procedure on 5 people with SCI and that there had been positive results on 2 people also that the other 3 were to recent to verify results). At least that was what you posted on 22-03 after you had a recent conversation with Kleinbloesem. In that case the people are recovering very fast, a bit too fast IMO. And that you were not allowed to speak with prior SCI patients is also no good sign.

Dr. Kleinbloesem has said several times that it is not the level of the injury that matters, but the nature of the lesion. However, I think he is the only one who can answer this type of question. Since he is on vacation right now, we all have to be patient

    Surprise!

Hi Corinne, Bruce, Rich, Gretchen & all,

Thank you so much for digging into the mysteries of Dr. K's procedure with all your determination and hard work! I hope to be surprised by the findings being pursued by all of you. Under all circumstances, your measureless efforts will not be wasted.

If anything concrete emerges I will join you in helping realizing our dream!!

    You guys are beautiful...

    Question

Does anyone know when Dr. K will be coming back from his holiday? I have some questions I have to ask him about my proposed operation.
