    Yeah. I didnt mind changing the toe-out as it was not much and also because i might change the RSH again.
    Lowering the RSH also changes the castor angle[so needs to square it] and the brake's position and also the backrest angle.
    Squaring the castors is the thing i hate most!

    If you have a smartphone you can get an app that functions as a level and can make squaring casters pretty easy depending on your chair. I use this one (also available for iPhone):

    My TiLite camber plus tubes have flats. I just set the chair in a hard floor and set the flats vertical to the floor with a square.

    I use the set square method for squaring the castors.


    But yours seems to be very very good method to measure the backrest angle!
