    Re-Coating Push Rims

The company we were using (through our mobility store) was shut down by FDA. have any of you had your push rims re-coated recently and who did you use? Thanks!

I have not had it done but Sportaid does it. You can email them for the details.

i get the metal push rims powder coated and after 5+ yrs they are still new looking and the grip is better than metal but not like the plastic / rubber coated ones.

the powder coated rims do not burn the skin if slowing down a long steep hill and they dont get condensation forming on hot humid days after being in my cold car.

    good luck
