Project Walk client Nick F runs over ground on his last day

Nick is a bilateral amputee and a SCI, all of which occurred 1.5 years ago in a skydiving accident. 1 year ago he came to Project Walk with the goal of walking again and also to skydive solo again. He accomplished these goals and finished with one he didn't expect...

The harness is not supporting his weight, it is there for safety.

This is really cool. I wish I had a good sci trainer near me. I have done a good job at building my program by poaching stuff from watching videos from project walk and other places. But having folks there to push and spot you lets you really push the envelope. That is difficult when you are working out alone. I have done well, but think I would certainly benefit from intensive training.
But please keep posting your videos here and on you tube. They are a great resource for those of us without access or funds for the real deal.
