I've never had a mcrib before, but your sandwich looks pretty damn good.

The "real" McRibs have something like 76 ingredients. Yum!

Thanks guys and girls! I've eaten the McRibs before and it's like eating a pork flavored sponge. Bleah! My daughter and I were very happy how these turned out and I can almost guarantee these had 50% less fat and sodium and was real meat!! LOL Thanks for watching!

But it’s still a little disconcerting to know that, for example, azodicarbonamide, a flour-bleaching agent that is most commonly used in the manufacture of foamed plastics like in gym mats and the soles of shoes, is found in the McRib bun.

Great article...why in the hell would any food establishment bastardize such a simple sandwich or any type of food for that matter? I'm actually proud of myself now for redoing this sandwich!

Consistency. Unfortunately people expect the food they get from a mcdonalds in New York to look and taste exactly like one in Chicago, San Francisco or London. They also want the one they got a month ago to look and taste just like the one they get today. The only way to do that is process the hell out of it.

Scaper, that video is hilarious, but sad. Thanks everyone for taking the time to watch.

It's hard to imagine anyone preferring that to real food. I doubt the latter is even that more expensive or time consuming. Wolfe, how far ahead do you plan meals?
