Thread: Best older car for transfers

    Check out the Crown Victoria. They are huge inside and have a giant trunk. It should be a straight across transfer for you to the front seat.

    Drove a Toronado a buddy had. Great for transfers, and I had an '84 Coupe De Ville for abt 10 years that was real good too.

    You didn't say how old and how cheap. Best car I've seen for a manual chair is a Geo Metro 2 door. The Tracker isn't bad. Older: a 90's Mercury Cougar had huge doors. Trouble with older cars: they're old. They require a lot of work (money) to keep them going.
