    I'm with you jbridges9 I started taking Valium 2 months ago but only at night it has helped me get some sleep.

    I've found that 2.5-5 mg valium as needed works very well for tightness and nerve pain.
    Especially pain that occurs due to weather changes or when coming down with a cold or the flu. My doc has also rx'd it in larger doses for 10 days in tandem with ibuprofen to treat muscle and joint injuries.

    jbridges am glad you found that it helps. I remember you asking about benzos.
