    - With Our Very Special Gratitude -

The hurricane came and went but not your love and care for all of us here at the W. M. Keck Center. When the power returned, an avalanche of email and voicemail messages arrived with your words of concern. It meant a lot to us to know that all over the world people were sending wishes for our well-being. Please accept our gratitude for your special thoughts on our behalf.

Amazingly the Center survived with just minimal water leaks. Most of us spent days without power, light, or heat, but these become 'minor inconveniences' when compared with those who have lost so much. It is heart-wrenching and will take a long time to re-build these devistated communities and broken lives.

There is a new thankfulness for hot food, hot showers, and light switches that actually make something happen, and a special appreciation to all of you for your notes. This is indeed a very special global community of care, and we are grateful.

Your Donation Today will Ring in a New Year of Hope

Contributions now allow you to get an end-of-the-year tax deduction - and enable us to plan ahead to bring new therapies to clinical trial. Every gift makes a difference. As one Mom said, "Every dollar brings us closer to a cure." We need your help to keep on schedule.

It is your support of our research that has brought us this far. Each new discovery will bring more and more improvement to more and more people. It is your donation that will keep us moving toward the finish line. So, please write a check, donate on-line here, or call 732.445.6573 with your year-end gift. Together we will make this happen!

All Profits to Fund U.S. Clinical Trials

The fight to walk steps up to a new level as Captian Boyd Melson leads 'Team Fight to Walk' in planning a New York City Fundraiser! Working with his inspiration Christan Zaccagnino, a committee was formed to bring this exciting occasion to fruition. The famous boxing venue B.B. Kings will be the site of an event like no other.

All profits will go to JustADollarPlease.org to fund clinical trials in the United States, the first such trials for people with chronic spinal cord injuries. Watch for the date! Plan to be a part of this knock-out punch!
