1/2" is pretty much the standard size, the length of the axles varies, but the wheel itself will fit. The only exception is some of the very low end crappy tank chairs, which sometimes have 3/8" axles.

I have them on my Quickie 2. As SuprSi says you may need to adjust the axle length.
I have had periodic paralysis all my life. I lost my ability to walk in 2011 beginning with a spinal block, which was used for a hip fracture caused by periodic paralysis.

This chart is from 2010 but will hopefully be useful.

Of course, the question is if you could use same axles length.

That Quickie 2 should have an axle sleeve. There is the nut on inside and outside you can loosen/takeoff. Then there is a plate that is holding the sleeve in place. The sleeve should be close to 1" adjustable in total direction. Your axle should be fairly long making the length adjustable pretty mnuch the length of the sleeve. I am pretty sure there are different sleeve/axle combos available. When I turned my Quickie 2 into a all terrain, Sprortaid had me replace sleeve/axle combo for this specific reason.

If doing yourself, you need be very careful both axle are set at exact same length , otherwise you will mess up your wheel alignment.
