Caster flutter- frog legs on TR

My TR is about three years old now. I am starting to get some flutter in the left caster if I wheel a little faster. I use frog legs forks.

I can feel some play in the stem bolt if I hold the caster in my hand and wiggle it back and forth. How do you remove the play from a frog legs caster?

tigthing the nut you`ve got under your fork.

Toto, Which nut? I think the nut would be located above the elastomer in the base of the caster barrel.

you have to take the fork off by removing allen screw and threaded spacer. The nut will be underneath the shock absorbrer.
