There's video of him walking unassisted, too. He's a really low para.

Fat buildup is caused by eating MORE than you need. Eat less, exercise if you can and it will eventually be gone.
When your input is less than your energy used, then you loose the fat.

Quad belly isn't fat...but, as someone noted above, it must be due to being a low para.

E-stimming the abs and a binder are the only solutions that I know of.

Even ab's have to eat real low cal to get ripped abs. If you can ever look past Matthew McConnaghey's abs (hard to do) homeboy is GAUNT in the face.

He and Tatum Channing both said you have to do massive cardio to get those 6 packs.

Want me to talk some more about hot guys?

Matthew is gaunt because he's going below his normally hot bod self to play an AIDS sufferer. Tom Hanks did this and he wasn't sure if losing the weight he gained from doing A League of Their Own was harder or regaining the weight after he went malnourished for Philadelphia.
Sure, talk hot male bods all you want Beth. Maybe I can think my quad gut away.
Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, "I will try again tomorrow."
