Question Massage for a wheelers shoulders

I can only just afford 1 half an hour massage once a month. Will it be worth it?

Do you have spastic CP? I think I remember that. Anyway, it depends on your goals. I have spastic CP and an occasional massage is nice but I find no therapeutic value. Often it actually makes me more spastic afterwards. Just my experience; your might be completely different.

I don't agree with that at all. I have spastic CP as well. Are you quad? If not, the spasticity should have no effect on a shoulder massage. My OT recommended it for my shoulder problems and it has done wonders for pain.

I am not sure about OP but I am quad. How often are you getting massages? I think if I could get them frequently and regularly they might help. However, the OP mentioned only 1/2 hour once a month.
