    USD - trend?

USD has become a lot cheaper recently. How do you see the trend?

That's easy. Down. Bernanke killed our dollars. Buy commodities.

    Exclamation

    Bernanke?!?!

Not unless he's over 100 years old.

Wake up, it's been the way of it since the beginning of the current banking system. It's a built in effect of us having replaced money with the issuance of public debt, instead, known as the Federal Reserve Note.

Here's a log graph of the dollar over 100 years. The big hit, in 1913, followed by a century of steady decline.

The value of the dollar vs other currencies is always in flux, but the trend has been down over time reflecting it's constantly decreasing real world value.

It is on no one's agenda to change this, so the American people will continue to afford less and want for more, until the bottom falls out.

    God bless America.

With our spending and printing, it won't be long if that keeps up.
