    Special Needs Trusts

Are any forum members recipients of a special needs trust set up for them by their parents to deal with inheritance and medicaid eligibility (preferably in Oregon)? Hoping to find an attorney who is current with Oregon laws and hear about pitfalls, pros and cons of SNTs from the beneficiary’s perspective. There are no Oregon Attorneys listed with the Special Needs Alliance.

Happy to communicate via PMs if that's more comfortable for folks.
    Thanks for reading this.

I used Sean R. Bleck in Seattle. Very helpful, and very easy to talk to.

Thanks Will, I'll check and see if they can practice in Oregon. Oregon laws have some different wrinkles than other states. Look for a PM.
