    Pulled Chuck

    Cooked a pair of Wolfeman inspired chuck roasts. Each was about 3.5 lbs. They were coated with paprika, garlic powder, and italian seasoning. I put them on indirect to 170 degrees. Then they were foiled with a little apple juice and turbinado sugar and brought to 210 degrees. De-fatted the braising juice and mixed it with some Stubbs BBQ sauce before creating some overstuffed sandwiches. They were tasty!

    Excellent!!!!! You can tell you cooked them perfectly and they were moist!!! I'm hungry now!!!
