just got a letter saying i a am approved for group pc. my insurance is humana and they have a local durable goods wharehouse that they try to get you to get equipment from. my last 2 chairs have been bounders and had to fight to go outside their network and get what i want. bounder is group 4. i will get what i want.
the inhouse network wharehouse for durable goods is joke. i needed cushion i had to do all measuring and ordering. once they were to replace batteries in pc. they sent a guy out that weight 500#. thought he was going to have a heart attack. luckly for him my 15 year old nephew was here and he changed out batteries. batteries costs $700 and they charged another $700 for delivery and instalation. oh, and the guy had not 1 tool!

lot of questions for SCI_OTR.
