If you're referring to the plastic side sill/rocker panel garnish that's below the door, that piece can easily be replaced and is not very expensive. You could probably pick up that part for around $63.00 at your local Honda dealership.

    Nice bimmer Purple Haze.

Even though they aren't making Honda Elements anymore? Maybe I should replace it and then take better care of it before they stop making that!

Yeah, I wouldn't worry about that too much, as Honda is sure to have those parts available for quite sometime.

I usually purchase parts for my Element from here.

^^That's where I looked up the price for the part you described.

Where do you get this mat at? I need it for the exact same reason.

Babies - R - Us, when we bought out last car seat, ~6 years ago. Labeled 'Eddie Bauer' on the tag.

    Here's an all black one.

I had truck bedliner sprayed on the inside of the doorsil and it works great.

Like Wills says, you can get clear plastic film applied to the outside damage areas to protect it from scratches. It's the same stuff they put on the nose for rocks and bugs.

The inside is a different story. I have tough custom seatcovers on the back seats, but there's not a lot to do otherwise. Your stuff's gonna get abused.
