Question Trying to find an independent seating specialist (Holland)

I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I am hoping that maybe some people from Holland can help me out.

I'm trying to find an independent seating specialist that can provide seating and measuring advice for ultralight wheelchairs. I've searched everywhere, but just can't seem to find anyone that is not part of a rehab clinic (bad experiences on their knowledge level) or working for a distributor (not neutral). Anyone know someone, preferably in north Holland?
Partner of an incredible stroke survivor. Limitations: hemiparesis and neglect (functional paralysis and complete lack of awareness on one side). Equipment: TiLite ZRA 2 and 2GX, Spinergy ZX-1, RioMobility Firefly. Knowledge: relative newbie for high-level equipment (2012), but willing to try to help others who are new with similar limitations (definitely not a guru, but inquisitive).
