    Question Leg bag help

I have to pick a new leg bag to use. There are so many options and was wondering what other people are using.

    Any help would be fantastic!

    Thanks,

    Matt

I use the Urocare long term bags and usually get 6 months of use out of them.

I use Urocare Vinyl Disposable Leg Bags. They come in 18 and 32 ounce capacities and a couple types of drainage valves. Rubber straps are included to secure the bag to your leg, but I use a Urocare leg bag "sleeve." I have a prescription from my doctor to replace the bag every two weeks, although they can easily be used for a month with out any difficulty.

I use the 32 ounce bag, and yes, the sleeve is not really large enough to hold it completely encased (about 2 inches sticks out of the top of the sleeve), but I use it anyway and haven't had any problems with it. I usually empty the bag when is it about 3/4 full (although it does get fuller from time to time).
