I have them. I really like the Menox. I trained with Sure Grip push/rock first. I then took lessons with the Menox. I like them both, but the Menox feels more natural to me. I'm lest handed so it feels like I have more control with my left hand on the steering wheel spinner knob. I can rest my right elbow on the armrest and still have plenty of control of the hand control itself. I think that the Menox is less effort and more comfortable.

Braun Entervan (Dodge) with Sure Grip

I have Menox installed in my Jetta Sportwagen. I really like them. I rest my elbow on the center consol, put my hand on top of the Menox and use my thumb on the steering wheel while I drive. It feels really comfortable and natural to me.
