    Ford B-MAX

I think this would make a fabulous vehicle for chair users. We may have to start a letter writing campaign to Ford to get them to bring it to the US.

I'd sign it if they put their diesel in it, ford gets in excess of 60 mpg over in europe, but they won't bring them here and their diesels are fast.

They have saddled us w the Transit Connect, horrible for chair users and they are phasing out the Econoline in a couple of years. Would be great if we could get this.

It may have problems passing side impact tests in the U.S. without a pillar between the doors.

It's looks too small anyway. They call it a subcompact - probably Fiesta sized.

I think it would be great to have a smaller car that's more fuel efficient. If you're single, or a couple with no children you might not have a lot of stuff to haul around - other than a few bodies and a chair.

Talking Ford C-MAX; Coming to America!

I too would love the B-Max but Ford is giving us the C Max..a little bigger than the B-Max and the article says twin sliding doors..I have been following this for sometime but today was the first real announcement about this I have seen.
    http://social.ford.com/our-articles/...ng-to-america/

"Offering seating for up to seven, the C-MAX destined for North America features a high roofline and thin pillars to emphasize the generous room and visibility in the cabin. Twin sliding doors are neatly integrated, with the rail concealed by the undercut line on the shoulder of the vehicle".

What don't you like about the Transit Connect?
