    Bean Soup

Decided to make bean soup from the leftover ham bone from Easter.

Leftover bone into a pot of soaked Northern beans.

Meat is off the bone and the bones were gnawled on like a pack of Wolve's.

Dinner is served with fresh purple onion and Sriracha! Great meal!

I have never heard of it, but I can drink vinegar out of the bottle and usually have it on collard or turnip greens. I think vinegar could make a turd taste good! Going to have to give it a try in bean soup next time!! Thanks!!
