Protein Pumpkin Pancakes -
1 scoop protein powder (I use MaxMuscle Chocolate powder)
1/2 c pumpkin (not pie filling)
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. baking powder
2 egg whites
1/2 c. oats
1/2 c. water & 2 T. water
3-5 stevia packets (or sugar)
Blend together. 1/4 c. batter per pancake
3 pancakes are about 150 cal.
