    Oh dear! He looks silly enough on a bike, let alone a spaz chariot!

    My mum got me one of those hats with an umbrella on top... tad embarrasing!

    I laughed my head off when I saw that picture. It has to be a joke right? Maybe if you are walking it would work. I wear waterproof pants, boots, jacket and hat. Works for me. It's not great but it works.

    When you are caught in the rain, it is the lap and shoes that really take a hit. This umbrella for the head, and a tent for the rest.

    I almost bought it, till I got to the end and saw that it comes in black as well

    the guy who invented that was on shark tank.... i did create a great umbrella holder out of pvc piping and other plumbing mechanisms. works with any clear bubble shaped umbrella(for the most coverage and ease of getting through doors) if anyone wants the pattern, let me know...
