    6061-T6 Aluminum Sheet

I saw this in ebay, the aluminium sheet with the thickness of 0.100 inch, is it thick enough to use it as wheelchair solid seat pan ?

Life is meaningles, though you create the purpose.

Unless you weigh over a ton, 0.100" 6061-T6 is more than plenty, and that is a good price. Fatigue could be a problem though, watch for cracks.

Modeled at 250lbs on a 16"x16" pan, which weighs 2.5lbs.

    Thanks for your information.

    I weight around 50kg.

If I drill holes to reduce the weight of the sheet, will the fatigue point increase?

Round and oval holes, especially towards the front rather than right under your butt, won't reduce strength much or add much to fatigue risk. The most likely spot for fatigue cracks will be at your mounting holes on the side rails.
