The question may be moot as no 2 SCI are the same, but does knowing what "syndrome" you have matter in terms of treatment/rehab or prognosis?
My husband (injury at C 3-4 and 6-7, had no traction or surgery after his accident) behaves kind of like central cord - legs stronger than arms, and kind of like posterior cord- some temperature sensation but no proprioception.
Some of the central cord folks were saying they got B&B back.
We are at the 6 month mark since his accident. I am past the OMG! stage and now I'm looking for answers as to what life is going to be like for us now.
His current classification is C 3-4 ASIA C.
