What type of features do you need? There are lots of rooms with accessible doorways including bathroom doors, but with tubs. There are rooms (although less in number) with roll-in showers. Those without platform beds (if you use a mobile lift) are more difficult to find.

Some of the more expensive hotels have ceiling track lift equipped rooms. The rooms are not inexpensive though. SureHands has installed ceiling track systems in accessible rooms at the Mirage, Bellagio, Treasure Island and Wynn Resort

Be sure when making reservations that you speak to someone other than just the reservation clerk about the features of the room you want, and be sure you get a "block" on a specific room, otherwise with just a reservation you are not guaranteed the room with the exact features you need.

Ditto what sci nurse said make certain you get the room you need with all the features you require, My wife and i went in October and reserved a "handi-cap" room might have been ok for someone with a broken arm but the shower was not wheel chair accessible, it had lots of added bars and handles for getting in and out of but was a typical looking bathtub... call ahead and be honest about what you need, Per night was cheap during the week a more during the weekend

yea, be specific cause they put grab bars in the bath tub and call it a handicapped room...i was in vegas april 2011..stayed at the venetian..all suites ..large bedroom and a living room..was only 120 a night and really already said...when u book..tell em exactly what u need..roll in, bench, shower chair, etc....i had no problems getting around...everything was accessible in and outside the casinos...
if u need a ramp van cab, dont wait in the valet line..certain times/casinos the line can be long....go right up to front and they will see u and call one..there was a shuttle van with lift from airport that went to my hotel...go up to "old vegas" ( Fremont Street) for souvenirs..t shirts for a few bucks, etc...waaaay overpriced in hotels...good luck, have fun

You might try calling Blue Green Vacations Rentals, also. I am a para so I don't know if they have the features you need. It is cheaper than the casinos, and you don't have to fight the crowds and distance to the elevators to the rooms.
