    Radiology Report

I finally got the results of my MRI. I've been in contact with Dr. Lima regarding his procedure. He requires 2cm of lesion or less - I came in at 2.5cm. I'm out.

Wise or anybody ~ if you get a chance, could you explain some of this(excerpts I thought were important) to me - especially the mild disc protrusion. Thanks.
There was abnormal bright signal within the cord at C4, C5, and C6 levels, suggesting severe myelomalacia. The neuroradiologist measured this severe atrophy of the cord, and it measured 2.5 cm in greatest cranial to caudal dimensions.

At the C6-7 there is suggestion of mild disc protrusion extending across the ventral aspect of the thecal sac without evidence of spinal stenosis or neural foraminal stenosis.
