As of right now, we have $4,130 in contributions from 60 contributors. After taking out paypal fees, that comes to $3989.57. I am adding in a little more to round it up to an even $4,000. I am going to the post office to overnight ship it right after I type this up so she will have it in her hands tomorrow. Any more money that we raise will go to her later in the week.

We are amazing here, we are circling one of our own with love.

Edited to add: the post office cannot guarantee it for tomorrow because the area is so rural, it is guaranteed for Wednesday. Just FYI. Also, I took a picture of the check and have the tracking number, all of which I am sending to addiesue for the utmost transparency.

The last thing I want is for Betheny to be worrying about money right now. I'm glad to hear it will help. Thank you again, Ami. And thank you to everyone who was able to pitch in, or even give words of comfort. You all are a great bunch

The first check ($4,000.00) was delivered and signed for today. I will be sending a second check at a later date (TBD) as donations are still coming in. Please feel free to continue donating as I will pass any and all further donations to her in a second (and if needed, other) checks.

Tomorrow is the funeral, let's all keep her in our thoughts and prayers. ((( xoxo Betheny)))

This is just unbelievable! I hope it takes some of the pressure off of her.

Perhaps tomorrow at 2PM we can all light a candle either at home or on the website that cass provided. Or maybe we can take a moment at that time to remember Bethany and to send our thoughts to her as she faces a most difficult day.
