I got a call back from ROHO and was told that I was still in the product trial and that I had received the second email by accident. We were able to get the installer near me to squeeze me in early to get the backrest installed, so I will get the new backrest installed on Thursday...TOMORROW :-). I can't say anything about the backrest until it is released, but I plan to get some good use out of it, put it through its paces and have some good feedback for ROHO on what I liked, disliked (if anything) and how it can be made better before going into production.
When I am allowed to share information I will be more than happy to share my experiences.
