    Daisy is at Rest.....

I finally put my traveling partner down yesterday. I am heartbroken and Harley is too. I loved that little dog like nothing else, I have ever had.

She was just too old. When she started crying in her sleep....I decided it was time.

Casey and I buried her in my aunt's flower garden with a little stone and next year there will be daisies everywhere.

She was loved and she gave more love than she ever knew.

As far as me and Harley...We are on our way back to Colorado with my friend who I have known since the fifth grade.. We are making plans and we will be gone this week.

Again, so sorry Tonja. Not an easy Autumn for you at all!
Roses are red. Tacos are enjoyable. Don't blame immigrants, because you're unemployable.

RIP Daisy. It's always a hard decision to make, but it sounds like you made it at the right time. Sorry that you have to start your next journey without Daisy, Sonja.

This has been one of the hardest things I have ever done.

Daisy slept with me for 13 years. She made every step I did until she got older. Then she only had to be in the same room with me that is if she could hear me leave the room.

I have never been as attached to an animal.

Harley has made a couple of friends since but he is not himself. There is another dog going to Colorado so I think Harley will be okay.
