    Wink 10 day juice fast completed

    i broke the fast this 11th morning at 942 am with dates and almond milk. i'm having salad for lunch and squash for dinner. i'm on my 3rd week of exercise with ncpad and my 14's are fitting looser than before so the size 12 goal by summer 2012 is being realized. come over to the my accessible life page on facebook. i'm thinking of starting a radio show and would love have you on as a guest.

    Awesome going! I'm on day 49 of a 60 day juice fast. It's been an awesome experience. So much positive is coming out of it.

    Are you making your own juices lewis and if so what do they consist of?, if you dont mind me asking

    You bet!

    The one I drink the most is really green:

    1 Golden delicious apple
    6 leaves of kale
    4 cups of spinach
    1 bunch of parsley
    1 carrot
    4 stalks of celery
    1/2 of a cucumber

    Then I add one of the following: Ginger, lemon, or a whole jalapeno.

    Another one that I like tastes like gazpacho:

    4 plum tomatoes
    2 stalks of celery
    2 to 3 bunches of parsley
    1 lime squeezed
    1/4 of small red onion
    1 red bell pepper
    1 cucumber

    On a funny note, one day I added a bunch of mustard greens and boy was that a mistake! I felt like I was drinking mustard! Hot mustard!

    sounds good.

    yeah mustard greens are tough, lol.

    60 days is a long time...how's your energy level?

    After the first week to two weeks, my energy level spiked and has remained consistently better than before the juice fast. And I have also been playing around with the amounts of juice I drink during the day with no ill effect on my energy level.

    last question anything particular that prompted you to start the juice fast?

    The advertisement, I mean documentary called Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead. And I was looking for something to jumpstart my healthy eating again.

    I have 2 questions: Does the fast effect your sleep? Meaning do you have trouble sleeping.

    What about hunger? Are you hungry or were you and now its gone? I have uncontrollable hunger and I'm really sick of it.

    Ops, I guess I have 3 questions, Fynalefree how much weight do you have to lose?
    I have a hard time deciphering the fine line between boredom and
    hunger.
