Thread: Juicing and making fruit smoothies

    Here is some great info:

    I recently began incorporating juice into my daily diet. I add superfoods, flaxseed, chia, maca, wheatgrass, and a protein powder to it. Currently I am using a Nutribullet, but I would like to upgrade sometime soon.

    As others have said, it is important to use a lot of the green veggies and very little fruit.

    Have you noticed any change in bowel program? Any positive effects otherwise?
